The latest version of WerdPress, entitled WordPress 3.4 "Green", has arrived. Featuring major improvements and honoring the great guitarist Grant Green, WordPress 3.4 is an important step forward in the development of WordPress.
For users, one of the most important improvement added is the updated Theme Customizer. Now you can easily change colors, background, put up a custom image for your header and change the Custom headers to a size you want. One nifty thing is the possibility to select images for Custom Headers and Custom Background directly from your Media Library Screen.
Tweeting has also been improved. To have your tweet embedded in a post you just have to paste the tweets permalink. When published, your post will have the tweet embedded automatically.
Developers should be very pleased with the hundreds of under-the-hood improvements and fixes that are applied with this update. Most notably in the XML-RPC, themes, and custom header APIs, as well as significant performance improvements in WP_Query and the translation system
